In 1993 Alexander Schleicher presented his ASH26 to the world and in doing so changed the future of the Gliding world, this aircraft became so popular so quickly that within just a few years the new 18 metre class of competitions was introduced. Our model of the ASH26 is very nearly ready to fly and boasts a retracting wheel unit and air brakes. A Glass Fibre fuselage and balsa planked built-up wing mean that this model will stand out by out-flying the competition either behind a tug or on the slope.
